When buying online you have 5 working days from the day you receive the goods to cancel and return the order to us. All returned goods must be in orginal packing and condition. You then have another 30 days to return the purchased goods to us in case they are faulty. If you buy in store you can return faulty goods within 30 days from the date of purchase. The goods have to be returned in a resaleable condition. All unused items can be returned for refund or credit where applicable. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on e-liquids once the cap has been opened or the seal broken and we cannot exchange or give refunds on atomisers or tanks unless faulty. Any postage costs have to be sustained by you. Alternatively you can return the products in store. Any items found to be faulty have to be returned to us for testing and replacement where required.
Reward points are valid for 90 days from the purchase date.
E liquid and Atomizers including all components are ‘consumable’ goods. This means that they will always need replacement over time. Atomizers are expected to last, on average, 1 to 3 weeks – these times will vary depending on the level of usage of course. E Liquid, Drip Tips and Atomizers are covered on a Dead on Arrival warranty only. You must contact us within 3 working days of receipt of any faulty goods.
30 days manufacturer’s guarantee is applied to all mechanical mods. Please note that Mechanical Mods are for experienced users ONLY. We accepts no responsibility for the potential damage caused by the incorrect assembling of any mechanical mod. Incorrect building of the mechanical mod can cause damage to your equipment and as such we take no responsibility for the damage caused as this damage is the result of improper construction.
These items come with 30 days guarantee. The guarantee covers any manufacturer defects and covers any repairs, or replacements, if deemed to be faulty or beyond repair. If the product has been damaged in any way by the customer we reserve the right to refuse a refund or return.
These items warranty is on a dead on arrival basis only. You must contact us within 72 hours after receiving the item in order for the warranty to be applicable. Contacting us after this allotted period will mean that we cannot offer a refund or return.
